Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Welcome to Paddock Pass Kids, operated by 1436 Enterprises, LLC doing business as Paddock Pass Kids ("we", "our", "us"). By visiting this site, purchasing, or downloading any product, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to make a purchase. This website is addressed to parents and guardians. The products themselves are designed for children, who should use them with adult supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — see our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Products

Paddock Pass Kids sells digital PDF activity packets for children. All products are delivered electronically. There are no physical goods to ship.

3. License

When you purchase a packet, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to:

  • Download the PDF to your own devices
  • Print the packet for use by your own family

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the PDF with others
  • Use the content commercially or in a classroom without a separate license
  • Remove copyright or branding from any page

4. Acceptable Use

When using this website you agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or copy site content except as permitted for normal browsing
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe security features
  • Circumvent access controls — for example, guessing or sharing download links issued to another buyer
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or harassing content via our forms
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
  • Use the site or our products to violate any applicable law

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or your downloads for violations of this section.

5. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

All prices on this website are listed in US dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, our payment processor Stripe will display the estimated equivalent in your local currency at checkout. The exchange rate is set by Stripe at the time of the transaction and may include a small conversion margin.

Where required by your country or region, local sales tax, VAT, or GST will be added at checkout and shown clearly before you confirm payment. Your card issuer or bank may also apply foreign transaction or currency conversion fees; those are set by your bank, not by us.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Purchases you have already completed are honoured at the price you paid.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Paddock Pass Kids does not store your card details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's consumer terms.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital, all sales are generally final. However, if you are not satisfied with your packet, email us at hello@paddockpasskids.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

8. EU and UK Consumers — Digital Content Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Because our packets are digital content delivered immediately, by clicking the download link or opening the PDF you:

  • Give your express consent to immediate supply of the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period ends; and
  • Acknowledge that in doing so you lose your right of withdrawal under the regulations above.

This does not affect the voluntary 7-day refund window described in Section 7, and does not limit any statutory rights you may have that cannot be waived under your local consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content — puzzles, designs, illustrations, copy, and branding — is the intellectual property of 1436 Enterprises, LLC. F1, Formula 1, Grand Prix, FIA, and all related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Paddock Pass Kids is an independent product and is not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by Formula 1, the FIA, or any F1 team.

10. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our products or website (whether via our contact form, email, or otherwise), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into our products and business without obligation or compensation to you. You remain free to use your own ideas elsewhere.

11. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that files will be compatible with every device or printer, or that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1436 Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the packet giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1436 Enterprises, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or to specific products at any time if you violate these Terms — including, without limitation, redistributing a purchased PDF or circumventing download protections. On termination for cause, refunds are at our discretion.

15. International Users

Paddock Pass Kids is operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the US you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. We make no representation that our products are appropriate or available in every jurisdiction.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Consumer protection laws in your country of residence may give you additional rights that cannot be waived by contract — nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

18. General

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and 1436 Enterprises, LLC concerning your use of the site and our products, and supersede any prior agreement or understanding.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, download links, receipts, and notices. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including outages at our payment processor, email provider, or hosting provider, acts of God, labour disputes, or government action.

Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or successor (for example, in connection with a merger or acquisition). You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.
