What we use these for
Essential
Required for the site to work. Always on, no opt-out (these aren't tracking you — they remember things you asked us to remember).
- ppk_consent — remembers your choice on this page so we don't ask again on every visit. 1-year expiry.
- ppk_email — set when you sign up for the newsletter. Lets us recognize you on a return visit so we don't show signup prompts twice. 365-day expiry. Cleared if you unsubscribe.
Analytics (optional — only with "Accept all")
Help us understand which pages and packets are most useful so we can improve. None of this loads unless you opt in.
- Vercel Analytics — page views + visit counts. First-party, no cross-site tracking.
- Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _gid, _ga_*) — page views, traffic sources, conversion events. We do NOT use it for ad targeting.
- Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk) — heatmaps + session replay. Helps us spot UI problems. PII is automatically masked.
For California residents
Paddock Pass Kids does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — meaning we don't pass your data to third parties so they can target ads at you on other sites. Choosing Reject all above keeps it that way: no analytics scripts fire, no data leaves your browser to a third party.
For California-specific rights — including access, deletion, and correction requests — email hello@paddockpasskids.com and we'll respond within 45 days (with the option to extend by another 45 days under CPRA § 1798.130(a)(2) if needed).
For European & UK residents
Under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Choosing Reject all above stops any non-essential processing on this site.
